I try talking and writing.
As a designer with a unique background and skillset who has entered and grown in the industry by learning from others, I think it is important for me to do the same for upcoming designers.
As an introvert, public speaking is not my thing. In 2018 I decided to start doing talks in the UX community as a way break this fear and also share knowledge. I have also recently started writing as a means to share knowledge. One only grows as a person if they flourish another’s growth.
